Welcome to 1pbps.com. By accessing or using our website and services (including dedicated servers, VPS, cloud hosting, SSL certificates, and related services), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “Company” – Refers to 1pbps, including its parent company, affiliates, partners, employees, and authorized representatives who collectively provide and manage the services described in this Agreement.
• “Client”, “User”, “You” – Refers to any individual, business, or organization that accesses, registers for, subscribes to, or otherwise makes use of the services offered by 1pbps.
• “Services” – Includes all hosting and infrastructure services provided by 1pbps, such as dedicated servers, virtual private servers (VPS), cloud hosting solutions, domain name services, SSL certificates, business email, and related support or software tools.
• “Agreement” – Refers to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other legal notices or addenda, which collectively form the binding contract between the Client and 1pbps.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. By registering with us, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to host, distribute, or promote:

• Malware, phishing schemes, or viruses
• Spam or unsolicited email campaigns
• Illegal, hateful, or defamatory content
• Any activity that disrupts or harms our infrastructure or other clients

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

5. Payments, Fees & Billing

All services are billed in advance and must be paid in full before activation. We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies (where supported). Pricing may vary by location and service tier.

Late payments may result in service suspension. If payment is not received within 5 days of due date, services may be permanently terminated. Reactivation fees may apply.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are available for eligible services within 7 days of purchase, excluding:

• Dedicated servers
• Custom or bulk server deployments
• Software licenses and SSL certificates
• Domain name registrations and renewals

Cancellation requests must be submitted through your client portal before your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

7. Suspension & Termination

1pbps.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services without notice if you breach these terms, misuse the network, fail to pay, or engage in behavior that jeopardizes service quality for other clients.

8. Data Ownership & Backup

You retain ownership of your content hosted on our infrastructure. However, you are solely responsible for maintaining your backups. We may offer backup services, but they do not replace your obligation to create and store backups of your data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code related to 1pbps.com are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or modified without permission.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or continuously available.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall 1pbps.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1pbps.com, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1pbps.com operates. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
